Having a clear Agreement allows us to align and agree to the core foundations of this work and provides a code of practice that builds and strengthens connection, support and emotional safety.

GUIDING PRINCIPALS
Below are the Guiding Principles for the Obsidian Womb Alchemy 3 month Journey.
Connection -As a Circle of women we commit to connection to ourselves and one another.
Empowerment -Each individual is encouraged and supported to take self-responsibility.
Integrity - There is a transparency, congruency and honesty in allthat is said and done.
Trust - Built from honouring our commitments and being true to ouragreements.
Acceptance - We allow for different experiences and interpretationswhilst withholding judgement.
Love & Nurturing - We come from the heart space withcommunication and support.
Choice - We respect our own choices and the choices of others.
Authenticity - Allow ourselves to courageously speak our truth at alltimes.
Respect - Creating loving boundaries for ourselves and valuing therights of others.
Joy - Allowing for happiness and excitement to inspire us forwards.
Adventure - Setting intentions and trusting the process as it unfolds.
SCHEDULING
Obsidian Womb Alchemy will officially begin on Saturday 26th April 2025. Our 3 month Journey will finish on Wednesday 16th July 2025.
All information and correspondence will be shared through our private Facebook group. Our Facebook group will remain open until Monday 21st July.
The Obsidian Mentoring and Sharing Calls are scheduled for 6.30pm AEST. Please be sure to check your time zone.
Each of the Obsidian Calls will start and finish on time. Each of the Obsidian Calls will run for 1.5 hours. Our calls will include mentoring and there will always be space for Sister sharing. This is a vital aspect of our journey together.
Please let Bianca know in advance if you cannot make any of the dates as the magic of the Journey always works best when everyone attends all sessions, and when you can prioritise yourself and be on time.

TIME COMMITMENT
Commitment for the 3 months will greatly assist you in aligning your energy to the Obsidian Spirit and your Womb Consciousness. It will anchor love and deep healing within your being.
I also highly recommend the post ritual work to get the most of this 3 month journey. I suggest to allow at least 30 minutes a week for reflective time and to work on the practices offered.
Please know that the more you put into this 3 month journey, the more you will receive. It is our commitment to this work, to ourselves and to each other that allows trust to build so we can go on a deep dive together.

The cost for our 3 month journey is $1888 and includes:

PRIVATE ONLINE SPACE
The online space will be offered as a private and separate group via Facebook. This will officially open a few days prior to our start date in April.
All reminders, call recordings and shared conversation throughout our Obsidian experience will be shared in this space. If you aren’t on Facebook you may wish to create a profile simply for this 3 month journey. If we aren’t connected on Facebook please send Bianca a friend request so that she can add you to our group.
Obsidian Womb Alchemy is an intimate, inner and very personal journey as we journey into the sacred chambers of the Womb and the Heart. Our private space will be created as a place for us to each connect and to share. I encourage you to be an active participant in this group to receive the most out of your experience.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND EMOTIONAL SAFETY
The identities of all participants and the stories and experiences shared in these spaces are completely confidential. I agree NOT to share with anyone else outside of the group, and to keep the emotional processes and the material confidential and with respect, mindfulness and care.
I agree that everyone in the workshop is equally important, and I am aware of how my words and actions may impact the group. I am aware to be present as much as I can, and offer mutual support, kindness and cooperation to others in the group.
I agree to take responsibility for my self-care and to put my needs first and foremost. This includes the choice of taking sacred pause whenever I need in order to self-regulate and to reach out to Bianca if I notice that there is any triggering or re-traumatisation occurring for myself during the workshop.
SOCIAL MEDIA
I agree that I will keep the sacredness and privacy of this temple space for the 3 month duration and will not post any information, rituals, references, images, personal processes or other participants processes on any social media platform.
I agree to keep and to contribute to co-creating the integrity of this space in order to protect the spirits and guardians of this workshop from any outside influences.
PAYMENT PLANS
If payment isn’t made as per our agreement and Bianca needs to follow this up, then you will be charged an additional $20 fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel within 10 days of the commencement date, you will be refunded half of the 3 month fee if you have paid in full. If you are paying via a payment plan, you will still be required to pay half of the tuition fee. If you cancel within 3 days before the commencement date you will not receive a refund.
If you begin the journey but are unexpectedly unable to continue with your commitment, I am unable to offer you a refund. I hope you understand.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
Please read our Terms prior to beginning The Empress & The Dragon®Programme. You will be asked to accept the terms on this page, as part of your enrolment.
I hereby agree to the following:
1. I will not teach any aspect of The Temple of Shamanic Magick®(TTOSM) “The Empress & The Dragon®”Obsidian Womb Alchemy material, including techniques, information, rituals and methodologies. All The Temple of Shamanic Magick® and The Empress & The Dragon® programmes are copy written and registered. They are also energetically protected so theft will incur karmic consequences.
2. I will not share or distribute any aspects of TTOSM “The Empress & TheDragon®” techniques and methodologies with any other party or entity. This includes using any information from the manual, weekend workshops, follow up calls, zoom calls or any intellectual property via our private trainings, social media or webpage platforms.
3.Obsidian Womb Alchemy is not a Training for me to teach, it is for my personal growth. I am not able to teach any of TTOSM “The Empress &The Dragon®”Obsidian classes until authorised by TTOSM in writing to do so and only after appropriate training.
4. I am not able to copy or replicate any TTOSM “The Empress & TheDragon®”Obsidian material or documentation until authorised by TTOSM in writing to do so.
5. I accept that in participating in TTOSM training; I hold all TTOSM teachers harmless for any losses I may sustain, howsoever arising.
6. I accept that in attending any interstate and overseas TTOSM training that I will purchase and keep current a travel insurance policy commensurate with the risks of such travel.
7. I agree to pay TTOSM for all agreed fees and costs when due and payable. If a debt collector needs to be hired, I agree to pay for those costs.
8. I agree to indemnify TTOSM and its practitioners for any loses they may sustain howsoever arising from me breaching any of the covenants herein.
9. If I am inspired to create something completely new due to this work I will credit the work publicly eg“Inspired to create x after completing The Empress & The Dragon® Obsidian Womb Alchemy programme”.
10. I understand that these are mystery school teachings and are not a replacement for therapies or medical interventions. I am responsible for making my own decisions with regards to my health and wellbeing.
11. I agree that this Agreement will be governed by the laws of Victoria and all applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
DISCLAIMER
As with any personal development work, all participants are encouraged to take full responsibility for their own level of participation and their subsequent life choices.
Any medical conditions, physical or mental, must be fully disclosed to Bianca Jewell during your application process and prior to full confirmation of your place in the course so she can assess your suitability for this work. This is of utmost importance. You must also disclose whether you are pregnant and/or the possibility of becoming pregnant during the duration of this workshop.
At times self-development and Ceremonial work can bring up emotional responses that are an incredibly important part of your healing journey.
It is advised that you have support in place after/during this deep work such as trusted friends or a therapist if you should need it. Bianca will be available for 1:1 personal sessions if required.
