Certificate in Professional Kinesiology Foundational Principles

The PKP Kinesiology training starts with students learning by experiencing the techniques on themselves. Self-care as a practitioner is paramount, we must first learn how to take care of our own energy.

Students will then expand their awareness, learn to self-test, evaluate change as they carry out energiser balances and other foundational techniques and will begin practicing on other students. They also learn the art of comprehensive goal setting.

Further foundational modules will teach the power of touch and the finesse required as a PKP practitioner. Students will revise skills learnt as they work with each other and add more techniques to their tool box. Each new unit adds to the skills, techniques and more complex understanding and balancing with 5 Element principles, colour, sound, meridian connections, acupressure points and more muscles to test and balance.

Once you have covered the foundational principles of kinesiology, you finally learn the iconic PKP finger moding system and full balancing protocol. It is exciting to notice how the client’s body biofeedback dictates the unfolding of the balance. You, the practitioner don’t need to have the answers, the client’s responses show the direction of the balance.

You will also learn many pain release techniques, experience several dietary combinations before recommending them to clients, and will add more complex skills to your muscle-strengthening toolbox for athletes and those with repeated muscle and postural problems.

We explore and learn the advanced and professional material based around ICPKP®’s unique ‘finger moding’ system, goal setting, emotions, extensive database of techniques and exclusive balancing protocol. It prepares you for the four Diplomas of International Kinesiopractic® Education if you choose to continue with further studies. You learn to trust the process because the process works.

This is the magic of the PKP balancing process that only gets better as you practice and gain confidence in the protocol and learn more active listening and 20 mastery of emotional stress release skills to facilitate rapport, insight, and help clients identify and make self-empowered choices.

This Certificate of Kinesiology Foundation Principles covers everything you need to know in order to successfully and competently begin your journey as a PKP Kinesiology practitioner.
